I'm Yana Albino — a specialist occupational therapist and author of The Calm, Connected Child, based in Oxfordshire and working across the South and Midlands. I hold a PG Certificate in Postural Management and have worked in centres of excellence including the Royal Hospital of Neuro Disability and the Specialist Disability Service, Oxford.

Rehabilitation
24-hour postural management, wheelchair and seating, moving and handling, assistive technology, hand and upper limb function, and neuro rehabilitation for children and adults with ABI, cerebral palsy, neurodisability and prolonged disorders of consciousness.
Regulation
Sensory and regulation assessments, parent and carer coaching, behaviour understood through the nervous system — plus my books, the Calm & Connected show, apps and free resources for families, schools and professionals.

Yana Albino is a specialist occupational therapist, author and speaker, and the creator of the CALM Framework. Her practice, Regulate & Rehabilitate OT, offers occupational therapy for children and adults, alongside family and professional support.
She has worked in wheelchair and postural management services across community and clinical settings, in neuro rehabilitation with adults with brain and spinal injuries, and previously ran NHS sensory clinics in Oxfordshire and Ealing. She also ran an annual training day for clinicians completing the MSc in Postural Management, attended by professionals from across Europe.
Her work is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming, rooted in occupational therapy, neuroscience and real-life experience.
